1. Free Worldwide Shipping

Chrono Merit shipping policy. We offer free shipping to over 200 countries worldwide.

Delays due to customs, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control; we appreciate your patience.

4. Carriers & Services

We ship via USPS, EMS, DHL eCommerc, or local post office, st depending on destination and service level selected. All parcels are trackable unless you choose the ultra-economy free tier (see §5).

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

The price you see is the price you pay. We ship Delivered-Duty-Paid (DDP) where possible – no extra customs or duty fees on arrival.

7. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO & Remote Areas

We can ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses; however, transit may be +2-5 days. Remote islands or territories with limited flights may incur a small surcharge shown at checkout.

8. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout. If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship at your cost or issue a store credit minus outbound postage.

9. Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost after 30 days (45 days for South America/Africa). We will replace or refund immediately – no endless investigations.

10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

Black Christmas and national lockdowns can add +3-7 days. We post alerts on the site and email tracking updates as soon as we receive them.
