How much do you charge for shipping?
We provide free shipping worldwide to over 200 countries on orders of any value. Some remote zones may incur a small surcharge shown at checkout.
Will I be charged customs, duties, or extra fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay – no hidden fees at delivery.
When will you ship my order?
In-stock items leave our warehouse within 3 working days. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking (except on ultra-low-cost free-shipping lanes).
How long will my order take to arrive?Most parcels reach you in 5-20 working days after dispatch via USPS / EMS / local partner. Delays due to customs, holidays, or weather are rare but possible. Shipping Policy
Do you provide tracking information?Yes. Tracking is emailed within 3-5 working days. If your shipment qualifies for basic free shipping, tracking may not update—contact support@chronomerit.com and we’ll locate it instantly.
