How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Chrono Merit (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Nice watch but lume is not very good.
I bought this model for the second time, hoping it would be better made. Unfortunately, it has the same problem as the first watch: the bezel isn't precisely aligned and has a half-minute declination. It's positioned exactly between two indices and has a significant amount of backplay. Otherwise, everything is as described and of good quality. Still, it's a shame, because with a perfect bezel, this watch would be simply unbeatable in terms of price/performance. As it is, it's "just" ok.

Don't hesitate to buy it. I bought it for 370 Mexican pesos, a real bargain for everything it offers. Aesthetically, it is a copy of the Luminx PointMan, and even has the same Walking Speed function. The watch feels substantial due to its weight and size. It seems like you are carrying a compass in your hand. It rates very well for being a TactiCool watch. If you can buy some Camel or Khaki straps, the watch completely changes and looks much better. The straps it comes with feel very very comfortable and look of good quality, but you can always change them for others to give it a completely different appearance. I read other reviews where they say it comes with poor finishes. In my case, the only detail is that the point of the 12 on the bezel doesn't sit perfectly aligned, but that's all. This watch is more for show, in other words, it's an accessory. Since it is not very practical given that it has too much information, but its worst problem is that the hands are black and get lost. On certain occasions, it is not easy to see them.
The watch is very nice, but the packaging is not at such a high level. The large rotating bezel and additional markings make the dial with numbers and hands very small. The luminescence shines very strongly when illuminated.

Nice watch, arrived late, doesn't match the brightness shown in the images unless you expose it to flashlight light. I thought the lighting was tritium tube but I believe it's phosphorescent tube. When the flashlight hits it, it gives a nice glow, so I didn't return it because I found it nice.

Optically a beautiful watch. Price and delivery time very good. There are functional defects. According to the image, the bars light up in green and blue. The green ones only very briefly and the blue ones hardly at all. Furthermore, the date range is very narrow and at a distance of approx. 30-40 cm readable range. You cannot talk about Lumizens here. 😒 😩 😠
I just didn't understand why there was one name on the label and another name inside the watch.

Watch band is real comfortable. Dial has a little play but not too bad. Lume starts off bright but then dims quickly. Maybe lasts an hour. Nice watch for price point.
