Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Shipping – Buyer Pays

You pay the return postage – we do not provide prepaid labels.

How to Start a Return / Exchange

  1. Email support@chronomerit.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason (helps us improve)
    • Clear photo of the item & packaging (we pre-check condition)
  2. We respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, with the return address + RMA number.
  3. Pack securely (original box inside outer carton) and ship to the address we supply.
  4. We inspect the parcel within 2 working days of receipt.
    • If the condition is intact & complete, → refund/exchange processed within 5 working days.
    • If damaged, worn, or incomplete → we email photos + options (repair cost or return at your expense).

Refund or Exchange Options

Refund: back to original card/PayPal (3-5 banking days)
Store credit: instant, 5 % bonus, never expires
Exchange: new item ships after we approve the return – we do not ship before inspection.

What You Can’t Return

International Returns

Same process – you pay postage to us; we refund outbound cost up to USD 15 on request (send receipt).
We inspect first, then refund/exchange – no exceptions.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Wait 5 banking days after our “refund sent” email
  2. Check spam for confirmation
  3. Still missing? Email support@chronomerit.com – we send transaction proof.

Warranty ≠ Return

Every Chrono Merit watch ships with its individual warranty card—length and terms are set by the craftsman who built it (we’re partners, not makers).
Defects within the warranty period = warranty-information. We cover shipping both ways.
Do not use this returns form for faults—open the warranty card in your package and follow the maker’s instructions, or email us for help.
