24-Month Global Warranty
Every Chrono Merit watch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date shown on your purchase invoice.
Covered (no cost):
- Movement, hands, dial, crown, crystal, case, pushers
- Manufacturing defects (e.g. hand falls off, the crown won’t screw)
Not covered (at cost):
- Battery, strap, gasket ageing, normal wear & tear
- Damage from impact, water beyond rating, misuse, and unauthorised service
- Lost/stolen items
How to Claim
- Email support@chronomerit.com with:
- Order number
- Photo/video of the issue
- Brief description
- We reply within 24 hrs, Mon-Fri, with a prepaid return label (domestic) or drop-off instructions (international).
- Most repairs are completed within 5-10 working days after receipt; we ship back to you free.
After-Warranty Service
Post-24-month? No problem—we service any Chrono Merit timepiece at cost price:
- Movement swap: from $45
- Sapphire crystal: from $35
- Full gasket & pressure test: from $25
Quote sent before work begins; parts are genuine.
Warranty is Transferable
Sell or gift your watch? The remaining warranty transfers automatically—no paperwork needed. Just supply the original order number to the new owner.
Exclusions & Limitations
- Cosmetic changes (scuffs, plating wear) are considered normal use.
- Water damage is only covered if the model is rated ≥10 ATM and was used within spec (e.g., no button pressing underwater).
- Opening the case-back by anyone other than Chrono Merit voids coverage.
